Spherical alumina particles obtained from nonspherical precursors
Description
Preparation of spherical micro- and nanoparticles from oxides, metals, polymers and other materials is investigated using different techniques.
Implications
Such particles can be employed as CMP slurries, composite fillers, ceramic formulations components, coatings, catalysts and carriers for immobilization of biomolecules.
